Current testing scope
CareWork Ledger currently helps subcontractors create weekly invoices, download PDFs and record payments manually. Review recipients, hours, travel, prices, taxes and totals before issuing. Downloads are not automatically emailed, payments are not collected, and NDIS claims are not submitted automatically.
Prices and reference figures
Your agreed subcontractor prices control invoices. SCHADS employee wage references and NDIS support prices serve different purposes. Check the displayed source and effective date of a reference before using it. Public holiday warnings assist your review and can require a local check. Issued copies retain their original prices and figures.
Accounts and records
Keep your password private and enter only necessary billing information. Each account controls its own records. Team administration manages invitations and account status. Use a draft while editing; issuing saves a fixed document. Later changes use credits or replacements. Export records you need before personal deletion. Free testing and future subscriptions
The testing version costs $0 AUD and has no active subscriptions or renewals. The intended model is a free download with monthly and annual subscriptions. Apple Developer enrolment, prices, included features, commercial terms and the policy for record access after expiry remain pending. Purchase, restore and cancellation systems are not implemented. App Store and Google Play distribution are not yet available.
Details required before launch
The operator must provide its legal name and contact details, approved subscription prices and terms, support arrangements, retention policy and reviewed final terms. No final paid-customer agreement is presented here. See Help & support for using the beta.
