Sign-in and recovery
Independent public signup is currently off. Use a team invitation during testing. Email recovery is configured; configuration does not prove real inbox delivery. Request a fresh link from Sign in if a link expires or was used. Recovery requires a verified email: verify your current address in Settings, or choose Resend verification email on Sign in.
Administrators may request a private recovery email for an active member; they never receive its token or link. The response is generic, including when a recipient is ineligible or delivery fails. If no email arrives, check junk mail, try again later or seek support. Reset links expire after one hour, work once, and end password sessions after a successful reset. Disabled accounts stay disabled. The original owner can use their authenticated original-owner session to change only their own linked password, without receiving a reset link. A different signed-in account cannot use that session to recover the owner. After a team transfer, the new administrator manages team invitations and staff access. A transfer does not change the original platform login or grant platform administration. After team closure there is no team administrator: active members retain personal access, but self-service recovery still depends on working email delivery. Disabled members also lose the administrator who could enable access; they remain disabled and retain their records. Do not close a team unless members understand these limitations.
When email recovery cannot resolve access
An operator-assisted identity-review process and public support contact must be established before launch; assistance is not currently guaranteed. A team administrator’s statement alone is not proof of account ownership. Support must never ask for a password, reset token or invoice contents as proof, log in as the person, or share a recovery link with someone else. If ownership cannot be verified securely, access must remain restricted. See the draft privacy information for outstanding operator details.
Saving and downloads
“Saved” means the server accepted that version. If a save fails, keep the page open and retry: inputs stay in the editor. Check which account you are signed into if a record is missing. Your downloaded PDFs stay on your device. Personal JSON downloads have no tested import/restore feature. A live-host backup and restoration procedure, including deletion and security reconciliation, is still awaiting platform verification. If issuing succeeds but a PDF fails, open the saved invoice and choose Download PDF again; it uses the existing document and number.
Phone access and records
Open the site in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android and choose Add to Home Screen / Install app. An internet connection is required. Native store downloads and biometric app lock are pending. Use Settings to export records, sign out, or delete your account. Administrators must transfer or close their team first.
Report a problem
In Settings, describe what happened and download a problem report. No invoice, account data or attachments are included automatically. Do not include passwords or account links. Recognised recovery links and token fields are removed from prepared reports. Only share information you choose to include.
